This work presents SubMIT, a coherent and flexible Analysis Facility demonstrator developed at MIT to explore next-generation strategies for managing and analyzing data from the High-Luminosity LHC (HL-LHC).
The paper offers an in-depth look at SubMIT’s architecture—covering its design, deployment, configuration, optimization, and management—and highlights its real-world impact. SubMIT is already being used at MIT for both cutting-edge research and education, supporting a wide range of projects and publications.
