Last week one of our collaborators on the A2RCHI project came back from a visit to his home in Colombia with a special treat for the group. He brought us a package of exquisite coffee ‘Juan Valdez’ medium roast. Its flavor is described as ‘balanceado’ (balanaced) with notes of ‘durazno y chocolate blanco’ (peach and white chocolate). Some of us could identify those flavors even in great detail, but we all agreed it did provide a very welcome variation from our usual coffee run. Thank you Juan Pablo!
